> Question about T610 software to manage calls
Bookmark topic
Hi,
As all of you ericsson owners know, T610 does not keep track of individual missed calls. Instead it keeps the last instance of the call from the same person. So if someone calls twice within the same day, I will have no idea when they called the first time. Is there any software out there that can keep track of each call? I owned T610 for about a year already and this really bothers me. Thanks.

Hmmm. Let's see...
Since it's a T610, it has to be Java (somebody correct me if I am wrong). And it has to monitor all calls to do its job. Therefore, you have to keep it running the whole time to be of use.
It's going to be hard on your battery to have a java app always running.

Argh, I guess I don't have a choice. I thought at least there is a firmware upgrade to have this as an option.

I vaguely remember a phone book trick that will show it. Like if a caller gives 2 missed calls, it will be two separate entries, if you call twice, it will be two separate entries, if the person calls you twice, it also will be two separate entries. Sorry i dont remember how it is done. (You call list should be full, then edit the last entry to put in a plus, then call, or something like that.)

The thing you are referring to is to go to your call list history (just push "Call"). Then push the right softkey and choose "Edit Before Call". Then hold down "0" to make a "+". Then call that number. It'll tell you that it's wrong. Hang up, then your call list will be organized in order of most recent call to last call. It also shows how many times an individual called you.
