well i would like to buy a new charger and a battery......ihad lost my original charger...i would like to know the details written under the original charger...pls...if possible batt.also....
scared if i am cheated with a fake 1..
ps..does the p-series use same charger and batt???

Charger:

Any SE charger will do, they all serve the same purpose. Don't worry about buying an unbranded charger, they will all charge the phone, although i would imagine an SE branded charger would be better quality.

I just order one from www.mobileplanet.com it's OEM battery for $49.95 plus $8 for express shipping. A generic battery can be bought for about $15 on ebay.

There are many aftermarket chargers but to my knoweldge none of them are as efficient. A full charge on one of these didnt last me a day even with relatively low usage. These are cheap ones but I'm not sure about the more costly ones as my belief is that for such price, I'd rather go for original SE.

As for the battery, I'd pay attention to this a lot more closely as there are a lot of fakes in this line. I havent had the chance to compare side by side but what I do know is the original battery has both the hologram and the printed part in only one sheet. The fake has the hologram stuck next to the printed part.

Lastly, if I may rectify vjkizlive's post, the P800 has a 1000mh capacity and it is the P900 and P910 thats got the 1260mh. Getting the latter for your P800 should be better. All 3 bats are marked BST-15.

I forgot he was asking about P800 batteries.

The higher the mAh value you can find on the battery, the longer it's going to last in your phone. Get your battery from a reputable source to prevent getting a fake.

As for charging the phone, if you have a syncstation, i'll soon be offering a service to have a syncstation rewired so the phone will charge when the syncstation is plugged into any powered USB port, so you won't need a charger for it anymore.

This is extremely useful for any user as it reduces cable clutter, and lets you use your charger in the office at work, bedroom, etc.

Stay tuned for details on that

actually i bought a fake charger for time being.....and it tot.sucks.....damn slow.....i had checked on the shops yest and he should me the one of p910..(got a chance to see p910...but could not touch it )....so i will go tom n buy it...
so is it ok if i use a batt of more thab 1000mah for p800??and under the charger...how many mah is it written??......
