I have just bought a dds-25 from e-bay and it has no drivers or software for it. I just tried to download drivers from the S.E website but i cannot find the drivers to suit my phone (k700i) Does anyone know what the correct drivers are? I just downloaded both drivers from the S.E website that were available, it says they were for p900/p908 and p910i. Is any of these correct for my k700i?

Did you get the file Sync_Station_DSS_Drivers.zip from SE?
If so unzip to a directory somewhere,
delete the dss-25 from device manager (needs to be plugged in at this point),
unplug and re-plug back in,
when prompted specify a location for the drivers, pointing to where you unzipped them to.
Should do the trick

It is telling me about the missing sonyericssondss.inf file and that i should insert the sync station disk when i try to install the driver. Does anyone know why this is happening, what this file is or where i can download this file on it's own?

For anyone who has this problem i have fixed it. I updated the sync station software(35mb) from S.E website then downloded and installed dss-25 driver(p900/p980). No more problems.

To find the latest drivers for the DSS-25, then head over to their local SE website and click on the support button. Enter DSS-25 as the model number (not K700i) and you will find the support pages for this and the latest drivers.

i installed my dss-25 using the driver for the p910i and it only says "SEMC DSS SynchStation (COM3)" under the ports tab in the device manager. did i installed it right?
