iwas tryin to download my P800 pcsuite on my sony laptop when during the process using usb port to identify my phone, my P800 BLUETOOTH INFRARED AND INTERNET BROWSER stopped functioning while all other features remained ok. Advise pls...thank you very much in advance

any error codes? or messages or whatever? to be honest, it sounds like you're new to the phone and don't know how to use it. i would recommend taking a look at the manual that came with your phone!
