i canna recieve sms's at all! and i canna contact o2 throught email as the libery that i use dont allow exe files and there server uses bloody exe files and in store the staff are crap! So far they have send me the wrong gprs setting for my 300 free minutes and i have had to use 5quid of credit to browse wap and when ever i go in they say "Sorry you need to contact o2 Active as were notthing to do with it." well all i can say is... there WANK! i mean it's the same company and so what if i have an o2 Active sim card i still brought it from the o2 shop from the poeple that say they canna help me just really takes the piss!

I don't see how any of us are going to be able to help you with an O2 related problem..
Perhaps you could consider a change of network? New sim card? etc?
