Is there is an application where in it will display a picture when a new message arrived like in s700i, k700i, etc.., for Pxxx series?

No.
It would be good though as thats a nice feature of the K7, S7 etc. Especially as they have animated picture phonebook ability

i have that same question in mind too...feel bad about it

. The P910i is almost complete. I used to enjoy that feature in my S700i.
