In line with this syncing with Outlook, I also dont use it much 'till I find a solution to maintaining the number of mobile entries I have of a given contact to that that gets in Outlook itself. Unlike the Pxxx it gives you the option to choose multi mobile entries but when sync'd to Outlook, only one appears and then when you attempt to re-create other fields to add a mobile entry, the original mobile entry is replaced to the new one.

Any way to work around this?

i would do the following:

1) copy your contacts on laptop1 to an external PST file.
2) use this PST to update your contacts on laptop 2
3) empty p900
4) sync with laptop 2, which has all contacts
5) delete contacts on laptop 1
5) sync with laptop 1.

both laptops now have identical data.

i guess the problem you're having is that outlook removes some parts of the contacts info, and when you sync with another device, it appears as a different set of contacts.

i did this with a pocketpc once, and it worked just fine. it's a hassle, but easier than removing duplicate entries and trying to import single contacts from your phone.

I'm having the same problem!

So it sounds like your idea is to use the limited info on the P910 to re-build the contacts list on Outlook... Is there a problem doing this?
I mean it sounds likely that you'd be losing data!
