i noticed that when my phone is in camera mode theres this white dot on the screen. but when i tried in diagnostic mode where you can test the camera in full screen it doesn't show, so its not a dead pixel. so what do you guys think can a firmware upgrade remove this dot? and btw it doesn't show on the pictures taken either.

Is your s7 the Vodadone branded version?

Thought so. Its vodadone editting the software. The only cure is to get a firmware upgrade.

Stupid vodafone blocked it on their branded s7's so you cant have mp3's as ringtones.

That has been discussed before and it is a simple bitmap overlay trouble. If you switch off the indicators, (like that bass which you give you information in camera mode) it will disappear. :-) This message was posted from a K500
