Haveing alreday overcome the tricky installation of the DSS-25 on both my home and work computers, unfortunately I have to reinstall on both, not good.
Please could someone please help, I have installed all drivers from disc. But I remember the connection being com port 3 (of 4 ports), now I only am offered com port 1.
What am I doing wrong?

Go into device manager and have a look what com port your dss-25 is assigned to. If you go into the settings you can change it to whatever com port you like.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I found that I needed to install the P800 drivers for the DSS-25 which promptly made com port 3 available.
