Hi, I own a K508i, but it seems that the right softkey gets stuck physically very often. How do I unstuck it?

No, it's a K508i, a similiar model to the K500i except for a different keypad layout.

The keypad layout is different from the K500i. You can take it to SE service centre and have it replaced, or you can simply do it by yourself. This message was posted from a K500

thats a minor problem. If you have any qualms in doing it yourselves , take it to your nearers service center.

Just came back from the service centre, but the problem isn't fully fixed although they replaced the keypad...

How do I fix it myself?

Call them up again. Tell them your problem still persists! How can they just replace the keypad and sit tight? Maybe, the keypad wasn't the culprit afterall. Its their job! Demand a replacement! Thats what we do here in India! And most of the time it works!

Well they said they would "feedback to SE" about this problem...

I am afraid they would send a refurbished.
