Hey, I just came across some poems I wrote a while ago, and am still looking for my best one... I might be able to remember a bit... I'll look into it. Well, here's my efforts last year:

Star

Ancient Astronomer=> Fireflies stuck on the distant sky.
Movie Producer => A good actor or celebrity.
Mathematician => Two simple triangles.
Astronomer => Celestial body of gas.
Technician=> Five component network.
Child => Mystical object, just out of reach.
Me => All of the above.

And:

Raid

In the sky, as I wake in the morn,
planes upon planes
are flying. It is
as though they are clouds
and their payloads, the rain
falls from their bellies,
whistling through the storm.
Suddenly the sky is alight
as if the brightest sun
had come out to see
the raindrops as they fell
into the calm earth; and paused
before disappearing in the light
of a million suns
another day, another raid.
