> K700 unlock problems, please help

My K700 is locked to Tele2, and i bought a credit from a uk seller at ebay. Unlock program says unlocked, but when i put in my brand new unlocked SENSE sim-card i get the message "inactive sim-card". When i use my Mobyson card i get the same message but after a while it says Mobyson in the display with a small phone with a line through. No chanse to call or get calls. Seller says this is a sim-card problem and not a unlock problem, so i`m quite confused right now. What do i do ?

Have the SIMs been activated by the network?
When I put my T-Mobile SIM card which was disconnected into my T630 (which was bought unlocked from brand new) I got Inactive SIM. Same goes for some brand new O2 SIM cards I have that haven't been activated.
