its annoying, i have contacts. when scrolling through the phone book u can see that loads of contacts show the same number as the one above.. u have to either call or view/edit the contact to see their REAL number. annoying when u just wanna see a number to tell some1 or use another phone..
im on orange. locked. R2C001
i cant use the online update as orange have blocked it!

Easy solution. This occurs when you edit the contact field without going out of the phone book to the main menu after each editing. Solution, dont do it like that. Now, for the current solution, sync your phone with pc to outlook.

I think that's a known bug with that FW. See the Firmware Overview thread for details. You're gonna have to take it to a service centre or send it to SE under warranty, or do it yourself.

Seems like you solved your problem. You that is the way you do it. It needs to be done only once. Next time you will only be entering one, if there are two or more, exit and then again go to new contact.
