A couple of months ago I upgraded my Orange branded phone to R2AA003. I have had a couple of issue with the phone and SE suggested getting the last upgrade. I took it to my nearest SE centre in Essex and they have put R2L001 back on! which is really old.
How do I get the latest version onto my phone. I could go and get the generic unbranded version, but really want the Orange version for warranty reasons.
Advise please!!!
