Hi guys,

I need your help in order to make a decision about to get a new K700i or a S710a, facts:

1) I´m from Argentina, here all the celular operators in the big cities operate in the 1900mhz band, rural zones in 850 mhz. I´m live in a big city. (I´m currently own a T616, no problems at all in my country).

2) I travel a lot, but most the countries I need to travel (USA, Chile, Brasil, etc.) operate in the 1900 band and have roaming agreements with my operator in that band. (I never have problems with my beloved T616)

3) Since the K700i is "not officially supported" by the operators in Argentina because it uses europeans bands (by the way here it is sell directly by Sony Ericsson Argentina but not for any cell operator) the price for the K700i is exactly the same as the S710a.

4) I really love the design and functions of the K700i, only in my wish list for this phone is a megapixel camera and external memory support.

5) The S710a is bigger, but has a beatiful, beatiful screen, the mega camera and the external memory support. Plus, I own a HP printer with memory stick support plus bluetooth (the ones that you don´t need a PC to print, just put your memory in it, choose the picture in the printers display and presto). Last fact, I don´t own a digi camera.

Please, excuse my long post, but really need your advise.

Regards,

Obviously you should get a s710a mate...your requirements as described by you scream for it. Besides mates tell me its not as big as it seems once you acually use it.

Thanks Clank, my feeling is exactly as yours (my feelings, now I am trying to make a decision), aside, my hp printer claims for it...

Same thing. have you thought about the fact that your beloved T616 also operates on 850/1800/1900?

Incidentally the S710a has both a megapixel cam and expandable memory
