I am sure I did this on my p900 but can’t seem to be able o do it on my p10. Is it possible to set my phone to ring and vibrate at the same time, as when I’m in and around town I don't always hear it.

It's very easy to do. Just set Vibrate to ON, and make sure the phone isn't on silent. Then it will ring and vibrate at the same time.
