hi there, i am having a lot of trouble and it is doing my head in, i want to know how to get MPŁ's to my phone through the provided syncronization dock thingy(silver thing) i apologise about my description new to SONY ERICSSON...help will be v.much appreciated

I am assuming that you have your .mp3 file on your pc desktop and i will call it test.mp3
How to install an .mp3 using the supplied syncstation
Connect the syncstation to your pc and place your PXXX in the cradle
Once your phone has been reconised (and you have clicked on the reminders) twice left click on the
PXXX Icon on your desktop then twice left click
My PXXX twice left click
Phone Memory or
Memory Stick (if you want the file on your memory stick) twice left click
Audio twice left click
Unfiled
Left click on the test.mp3 on your pc desktop and drag and drop the test.mp3 into the open browser folder once transfered close down both browser folders
Remove your PXXX from the cradle
