Hey,
Looks like SEUS is open for business again. Just updated my unbranded K700i from R2A041 to R2AE033. Yes I know, FINALLY! I was getting tired of the lagging.
The whole download and update process took about 10 minutes via DSL. A very smooth process. I did it on Windows XP (SP2), even though it said SP1 is required. Don't know if that really matters.
For those people in the Los Angeles area with a K700i and using a T-mobile SIM card, the phone now shows "T-Mobile" as the provider instead of "Cingular Wireless."
I used this global SE site for the updating. Again, don't really know if it matters what site you use.

I don't know. Been reading that SEUS was down for a while because it was screwing up/corrupting people's K700i. Thought I want to share that SEUS is O.K. now. It was a smooth process for me and I'm not really a techno computer cell phone savvy person.
