Is there any program that can modify T610's firmware? Where can I download it?

What do you mean by modify? Please specify, You could try using an AVR dissasembler but it is very expensive. Good luck you will need it.

Most available firmware is encrypted, and only few people can decrypt it. However there are ways around this, and i can give you a binary of the T610 AVR if you really want it. However how you get it back to the phone is your problem. You will have to calculate all new checksums etc etc. Very hard, i hope your brother is good.
So you will need an AVR dissasembler - change what you want - then get an AVR assembler to put your edited firmware together. Then flash to phone.
