Just a little advertisment for my new forum. It has only just been up and running so havnt got many members so far but the more members i get, the better the site will be. If you could register and use the site that would help alot. Cheers.

Some suggestions:
1. Get rid of the "Click here now to enter the forum", it's bad for the googlebot and most visitors won't click on it
2. Change the IPB theme for a more personalised one ?
3. More forums
4. add more meta tags ! Important
5. an external stylesheet maybe (faster)
6. change of host ( took me 1 min to load on a 10mb/s connection)

@Jim, about that host, do u mean the actual forum took ages or the homepage which says 'click here...' because if u r on bout the homepage bit then i have already signed up 4a new host but jus need 2 transfer all the html files wen i can finally get the ftp access address 4 it. The host for the forum seems ok 4 everyone else who has used it, its just the homepage host that is slow.
