> P900 speaker is dead (weird)
Bookmark topic
I have a very peculiar problem - just wondering if anyone else has come across this.
The speaker (earpiece) remains dead (silent) when in flip closed mode when making or receiving calls. The number tones also dont work when I punch in something on the keypad. HOwever, when i go into flip open mode - the phone works fine (though I have to use the speakerphone).
Weird thing is..... this is an intermittent problem. Doesnt happen all the time! and the problem disappears on its own. Any ideas?

Hey there,
As everyone else is saying, it sounds like there's a loose connection to the earpiece speaker, or perhaps the contact has become dirty and only makes an intermittent connection.
If you're confident enough, then you could open the phone and check it out for yourself. If you'd like me to take a look at it and make the necessary repairs, then PM me and we can arrange something
Good luck.
