Ive tried and cant connect as well but thats probably due to the fact that I have WAP GPRS only and not the full GPRS

Thank you, but I have entered it all, but it still doesnt work, I try to connect, but then it comes up an error "connection timeout" after awhile.
Anyone know what the problem is?

You need to activate pop3 access in the gmail settings. Did you use the correct encryption domain? And incoming mail server is pop.gmail.com ? This message was posted from a K500

Why don't you post the settings you're using. I'm using Gmail perfectly successfully on a P910i w/Profimail so if you post your settings (exactly, though you might want to *** your username/password) I will compare yours to mine and see if there's anything obvious.

Is your GPRS working for anything else (WAP/WWW/MMS)? You should be able to isolate if it is that fairly easily.
