have you done a master reset? where is this error appearing? on the phone or on the pc? at what point in the sync process

Hi, Yes done a master reset, and it appears on my laptop when i try and connect, i have also reinstalled the software. Its not my computer, cause i have tried it on my work laptop and home laptop.
