> Help with ecast PLEASE?

I downloaded and installed ecast, the Atari ST emulator. It seems to work fine (I press the jog dial fwd and I get a menu)......I just don't know what to do now? I also installed a game *.msa. How do I get ecast to "run" and use the game? What are the "load disks A or B" for? It asks for TOS, the operating system? Isn't that what ecast is (emulates)? Hope this isn't a stupid question, but I would really like to use it!
