Hi
Is it true that the d500 cannot download free mp3 files from Wap?? I was thinking of buying one but I don't want to be paying for my ringtones all the time!
Is there a SE phone with 262k screen? The size of the d500 appeals to me plus you get a great camera, bluetooth, infra and it looks smart. Is there an SE phone that could match or beat this? I've got a K700i at the moment but the glitches are starting to wear me down and thinking of asking O2 if I can upgrade (or do I have to wait until the end of my contract - runs out in August :-[

The d500 supports very limited mp3 bitrates n frequencies and 99.9% of the free mp3s available on wap wont work on it. Not to forget that you also wont find any games for it. And i dont think findin skins is gonna be any easy as well. Get the se s700...its a much much better buy if you dont mind its slightly bigger size.

If you have a PC, then the mp3 shouldn't be a problem. Just download the mp3s to your PC and convert them to an acceptable bitrate and transfer it to your d500.

I saw the s700 but I thought it was too big plus I don't really like the swivel design. sn't there a se phone with 262k screen that's along the same size as d500/k700?
