I have just got an S700i, and its great. But looking at buying some more memory, i thought great, 512mb MS duo pro for about £50 or less. Then read my manual, it says the phone does not support pro
Also says about not supporting magic gate either??
Does this mean i will have the expense of buying a few 128mb duo cards, or is there away around it and possible to use a 256/512mb duo pro??

Sadly, the S700 supports only 128 mb duos. You can buy multiple 128 mb sticks for your memory needs. Welcome to Esato btw. :-)

You can use standard memory stick duo upto 128mb in the S700i. It will take magicgate memory stick duos upto 128mb but wont use the magicgate function (for copyright protection). It can not use any memory stick duo pro cards and at the moment there is no way arounf it.
