I have a T-Mobile edition SE P900. and everytime I turn the phone on there is the T-Mobile animation Start-up... how can i remove this start up and have the normal Sony Ericsson start up?

unfortunately, although you can change startup and shutdown animations on the P800, you cannot do it on the P900 or P910 since they are now in ROM.
The only possibility is to get a generic firmware put onto your P900

is it easy to download the generic firmware to the SE P900? or does the phone need to be flashed??????
And from where can i download the generic firmware....and will i lose my data?

it needs to be flashed and you will lose your data (so just backup using the sync backup)
there are plenty of people offering the service though I can't point you to any in Austria I'm afraid
