You could get your own videos and then either:
A: Download mpeggable x4 live
B: Download smartmovie
Both of these will convert your videos (with a little effort) to fit on your phone.
As for finding the videos, I can't think of anywhere legal off the top of my head. Sorry...
Use google to search for them or something...
