For P series There are email clients that are outlook like. And these can sync with outlook.

the p series can sync with outlook mail natively and it doesn't do a bad job. no need for 3rd party apps
no phones can run outlook but the windows mobile phones such as i-mate JAM etc come with what microsoft call pocket outlook but it has no where near the capability of pc outlook
