@titus

Apart from buying your contract out there isn't a way to get out of it before the minimum term has expired.

They said I had to pay 217 pounds to end it. With them not providing me the ideal service I should have, is their not some way out?

@titus

Reduce your contract to the lowest tariff possible, that should reduce the cost of ending it. Unfortunately you are stuck with your contract unless you buy it out or you wait until it ends.

Unless you can prove that they have breached the terms of the contract then there is no way out unless you pay.

I agree with scotsboyuk on this one. It all depends on your circumstances but I would reduce the hell out of it and buy a new contract somewhere else. If of course, if thats cheaper than forking out to buy you contract out right.

Is Reducing tariff and riding it out is the best option? This message was posted from a K500

If they haven't provided you with the service they offered, or if its crap service, contact your loacl Telecommunications Ombudsman.

They hate phone companies saying they are great, when really they arn't.
