If you mean current batteries and how long they hold a charge, I'd say the Nokia batteries I'm afraid, especially the 6210/6310 batteries, which can last close to a fortnight on standby!
The best

battery imo is the T68/T68i one, which lasts a good week or so, and that's powering a colour (abeit a 256 colour one) screen!

It seems most lithium based phone batteries are about 700 to 800mAh. Higher capacities are available, but the size increases. I remember my first motorola with the extended pack on was very heavy and wouldn't fit in my pocket! Li-ion and poly batteries are very similar. Not much to choose between them.
