> 910 problems with 512memory card

HI,
Can any one help please; I just bought a pro duo 512 memory card for my 910. Yesterday I used my 32 original memory card to play around with Smartmovie no problems. Today when I tried my new memory card I get a message file not sported by phone (doesn’t matter if I copy the file to the internal or external memory always same message) when I put back my original memory card its ok. The prob is only 32mb no movies. The new 512 card has no problems with pictures or mp3 they copied ok. Same files in the 32card ok. 512 cant????? Sorry for my English thanks

Also have u formatted the 512 one in the phone?

what i suggest you do to be sure is make a backup of your 32MB MSD then restore it onto the 512. it SHOULD solve the problem...

For this kind of app which is normally used quite often i would just install it on the phones memory (which then saves you the bother of having it on the 32 and 512 stick)

Any other ideas?? I’ve tried every thing even master reset and installed smartmovie in the phone mem. When ever I drag a avi file to the memory I keep getting massage phone does not support file???? Other files like mp3 no prob.

Did you make sure you installed SmartMovie & the codec onto each memory card & not just SmartMovie(or as others suggest, both to internal memory)!
