Hey i got a new bluetooth dongle today, i really wanted to try out the Remote Control thing and it worked kid of. I got the mouse HID to work but not the keyboard, i think i have the right file (kbdhid.sys.) but when i go onto the device manager and try to update the driver it says 'need kbdhid.sys' i find the file but yet it still wont install, im using windows xp pro. I really want to use this option and i would love any help given.

Not sure about updating that particular driver but as you have xp try setting up the 'human inerface devise', which supports wireless mouse etc. Xp should already have the correct drivers to do this. It did the trick for me, I now have several additional remote .hid files like iexplorer and realplayer. They all work a treat
You should be able to do this through your bluetooth software settings. My software (belkin) has a bluetooth setup wizard, hopefully you will have a simular option.
