There is no such software available, hardly a possiblity in future. You will definitely need to reboot for a particular no with imei to be active at the main switch. Switching off and selecting the second sim is the only option. This message was posted from a K500

If i remember correctly, and Ericsson phones have a line 1 and line 2 option.
I know it had something to do with dual SIM's but i may be mistaken. Read the manual of your phone for more clarity.

The T68i is a classic example. My suggestion is download the T68i user manual and read up on the Line 1 and Line 2 feature.

Happy reading!

On t-mobile and some other networks you can have more than one line on one sim but they all have to be on the same network!

Well thats what i recall.

You could be correct there. Maybe the gy who started this thread should try using 2 sims from the same network...and report back here.

Yes @lenn. I think that the line 1 and line 2 stuff are related to calls. Something like holding one line and attending another call at the same time? I may be wrong! This message was posted from a T230

Orange have it...its a line 2 with a seperate number, but both are on the same sim card.

I think he is talking about using two seperate sims in one phone at the same time and being able to swap between the two easily.

@whizkidd But two lines in order that? One can realize up to five calls simultaneously with one alone sim

Based in JiggyJaggy's evidence, he cannot use the two sim simultaneuously.
I don't think there is software to alow what he wants to do...i could be wrong.
