> S700i sync adress and BT question

Hi all..
Just got my S700i today and have a few questions regarding it..
When I sync it it will only sync my work-adress fields in outlook.. Can't you switch it somehow, so it only will sync the home-adress?
Then I have a Bluetooth porblem.. I have paired my BT headset with the phone.. Then it keeps being connected after ending a call, and changes profile to "headset" or something.. Can't it do as my old T610 did, which was disconnecting after calls ends, and connect when calls are incomming??
