Hi everyone.
I cannot connect to WAP or send MMS. I have recieved and installed the settings via text message from the Sony Ericsson website which did not work. I then contacted my service provider O2 UK who also sent me the settings via text which also did not work. They confirmed that my contract enables me access WAP and send MMS. When I try to connect to WAP all it says is connection failed and my MMS messages do not send.
Can someone please provide me with an idiots guide (yeah that's me) on how to get this sorted.
Please help...

Thanx for the prompt reply
I've been searching a host of different sites, and as far as I can tell everything is set up fine.
I'll give O2 another call in the morning.

Its easy to tell whether gprs is activated or not in the phone. Can you see a blue triangle above the signal bars? If yes, your gprs is alive and kickin. But that doesn't necessarily mean your settings are correct.

I used to get the triangle when I was on vodafone payg but i couldnt access the gprs as it wasnt active on my account. the triangle seems to show if there is gprs whether you can use it or not.

Hey thats wierd! If you see that triangle, it definitely means that your gprs is active. You only need to put in the right settings to use it.

Problem solved.
O2 hadn't done something on my account. Not sure what it was, but the guy I spoke to activated something and hey presto 30 mins later gprs triangle appeared and now I have access to WAP and can send MMS.
Thanks everyone for all the help.
