Hey,
Is there any method or program I could use on my phone to pick up other peoples mobile numbers who are around me????

never heard of such a thing. phones don't broadcast their number, not even when bluetooth is showing itself as available

Don't think will ever be possible, as sims and phones are completely sepereate. The number would be stored on the sim and there would be no way to broadcast it unless the developers wanted this feature. Considering the amount of unethical privacy violations that might occur from such a feature, I seriously doubt it would ever be implemented.

no, if you want to pair the phones you have to make sure you both enter the correct matching pin.

What you can do tho, is pair the devices and then go to his bt settings and change it to allow your phone to browse his phone without verification. I did it wiv my boss 6820, and the stories that pix and videos tell....
