No real difference, maybe the customised firmware for a particular network. I think the 802 is the Japanese version.

yeh hyperia is correct just the same fone but 802 is japan model and 800 is everywhere else...

yes there is... the difference is the keypad... u got japanese characters and the silent symbol on the keypad is replaced by a heart shape thingy... added features for japan use only... and they hv this many different type of smilies in their sms option aswell.... a different firmware... other than tat its all the same... i wonder if 802SE ever reach the other phone competitor standard in japan.. coz their phones there are like technology advance.. maybe 802SE is a low-end phone for them.. while we think its a high end phone... haha...
