Ok so more bad news for those waiting for the PSP, it looks like it will be delayed again..and I amnot even sure they will hit the american market on time. Over here in Tokyo it still is one per customer and really scarce to get your hands on.

Why are things like this so delayed? Is it really production problems, or are they doing it deliberately to whip everyone up into a frenzy, or be tempted to go and buy the item for a vastly inflated price elsewhere?
It's the same with Ipod shuffles, there's still a waiting list for them, I would have thought a company like Apple (and Sony with the PSP) would have the logistics and organisation to get the right quantities of products out to their markets.
Or am I being very naive again?
