Hi.
I ordered one of those 1100mah batteries for the K700i, attempt to get the battery life on par with every previous phone.
Ordered it 4 weeks ago for delivery to the UK. At first they were helpful and replied to emails within hours. Now, they chose not to respond for days until I forward the email again plus perhaps mentioning talking to Paypal for refunds/complaints.
I know a fair few have talked about buying from them. Wondering if any did and how their experience was.
Problem is - they sent the battery by letter, not by a trackable package.
Good plan to complain to paypal who I paid through? Or persist with a replacement?

Go to PayPal. I often find their involvement helps focus a seller's attention. You need to start process within 45 days of payment.
