Hi there,

I'm new to the forum. First of all congratulations because there's a lot of fine technical documentation here.

It's very probably that this question have been asked before but I need a fast answer in this moment.

I'm considering the possibility of buying a T65 phone with a very low price. I'm the owner of a Jornada 680 Windows CE and I would like to connect them.

Currently I'm the owner of a Motorola V50 phone and I get connected it to the Windows CE machine using the Motorola Serial Cable and a Null Modem Converter to connect to the Serial Cable of the Jornada. I had to install an special modem driver in the CE machine to work.

What I would like to know is, Do I need an special modem driver in the CE machine to use the T65 as a GSM Modem (no GPRS in this moment), or using the Standard 33.6 Modem that comes with CE machine would be enough to enable the communication between Jornada and T65.

If I would using an standard PC, would I need any kind of special modem driver?.

Apart from using the Modem features of the phone. Is there any kind of software for the PC to download pictures, sounds, contacts to/from teh phone?.

Many many thanks to all,

imAg!
