I am really sorry if this question has been asked before, but i used the search and didīnt fint it.

Is it possible to surf on regular HTML webpages on it?

The S700i browser supports WAP 2.0, which, AFAIK enables you to browse XHTML, CSS, TLS, HTTP, and TCP.

He should be able to view some normal webpages, but the S700's browser will not show webpages, which are multimedia intensive.
