thats why you should keep some of the most important numbers on the sim.

please dont use a hammer, can you sync it?
if so do a backup and you can retrieve the number from the .ecs file...
or if you have done a backup since putting the clients number on it...

Going by your repair methods I think we may also see the route of the problem to begin with!

You can modify a flat screwdriver to fit. Use a file to reshape the end. Wouldn't recommend the hammer!

Just buy the proper screwdriver!
So much easier & it'll cost u about £3 at the most otherwise you WILL end up damaging the screws.

Remember also, getting them undone is one thing but tighteningh screws with the wrong tools is considerably harder

I think for the P series you'll need a T6 and a T7 screwdriver, I seem to remember two screws somewhere needing the T7 screwdriver, but don't quote me on that!

Well I've got a T6 & a T8, have never needed T7.
The main housing screws on a P800 are T8, I think there are 2 T6 inside but u don't necessarily need to remove those if I remember rightly.

You do remember correctly.

Theyre 4 screws on the outside, and 2 T6s on the inside to reveal the board.
