where do i get a username and password to use with this program? i have a USB cable i bought on ebay and it seems to connect to the phone ok with this program.

There are a few resellers out here, I dont know any though. You can always goto http://www.davinciteam.com/index.php?page=contactus & send them an e-mail or contact them via ICQ. These guys are very helpful and would guide you through the whole process if you have trouble.
