I was also tired of the "coming soon" type message so ended up buying from this US seller:

Had no problems at all, delivery in less than a week & worked out cheaper even with postage (even cheaper now than when I bought mine!).

You won't find him on http://www.ebay.co.uk but on the US http://www.ebay.com but he will ship to UK.

The 1GB DUO's in the Sony PSP with my 512MB still in the P910i.

Only problem is he only accepts BidPay outside US and that cost you about £6 but total cost to me was £94.93 inc. p&p.
