Hi everyone.
This is my first post and am new. I have got a V800, and need some help. When a caller rings my mob, the pic i assigned in the phonebook doesn't appear on the outside. Am I doing something wrong?? Advice on the solution would be much appreciated. Thanks

Another question, is that when the phone is closed, and your not using it, is anything suppose to be on the external display?
