There was a thread recently about problems with SSL encryption on the K700i - basically it doesn't seem to work. I can't access my Yahoo mail with SSL on, it won't connect to the server, but works fine with it switched off. Something to do with losing part of the server name. Don't know if it's relevant to you, but check it out anyway:

Did you check the thread I linked you to? The consensus there seemed to be that no-one had managed to get SSL working on K700! Looks like a firmware bug.

Did you also notice that no watter what you do, the last letter in outgoing encryption domain is swallowed? ;-) This message was posted from a K500
