u can use CommuniCorder from Philips. P800 hasnt a built-in video recorder. so, u can record videos with this proggy.

@ kramer_hpal
I believe he is asking about downloading videos not recording them.
When u d/load a video it should play automatically in the Video player.
You then need to press 'Video' at the top left & choose save.
Thankfully P9x0s are greatly improved on such little things like this

Is that in the default Video app? Does the vid play ok?
There should be the option to save, if however that is in Philips Camcorder then that is the problem as Ph.Cam. doesn't have the ability to save a d/loaded vid.

I think Philips deleted the save option of the camcoder.Ive tryed pro and normal camcoder. But I didnt find the save function of them. Now only way I cant save 3gp video(from sites) is after downloading a video, send it to another mobile via ir.And do it again sent it back to p800.

So u still have Ph.Cam. installed?
That is the problem, no matter what version u have.
The only way to save a d/loaded vid is to uninstall that & allow the video to associate with the standard Video player

i used to get annoyed with that when i used my p8. i used to just click on 'send as' then 'MMS', but dont send it, and then the video will save itself in the drafts area. I think you can then save it from there....

One of the several drawbacks of Philips Camcorder & it isn't even that good!
