It proves, that Sony Ericsson do do market research into forums, i.e. Esato. After superluminova and i in this thread:
http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=83729#post1124649
have connected the rumours with the shadows, i think Sony Ericsson have realised that if they want to wow the public, they need to keep things under wraps, at least until monday!
SO THEY HAVE REMOVED their Thumbnail pictures from their Press release section of the official sony Ericsson website :
http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]emplate=pc3_1&zone=pc&lm=pc3_1
they were underneath the newsletter sign up bit on the right!
i mean, i could be wrong, but i wouldnt bet on it, sony ericsson are like that, sneaky sneaky sneaky
but at least we still have them here on esato for reference!

@vanquish
Perhaps they didn't think people would Photoshop them successfully.

@Vanquish. Not for much longer by the looks of it. The might try and close esato down if we don't stop posting pics about things they are desperately trying to keep under wraps

they can't do that. the worst they can do is use legal influence to have us remove stuff

But if we are telling the world about the phones that are meant to be secret, then they can!
its their website anyway, they arent legally bound to not remove them are they?

@masseur
They should be careful thye don't annoy us, we are, after all, their most loyal customers and the single largest concentration of SE customers in the world.

Yeah but Esato is independant.
Does anyone remember that debate we had on why some people thought Esato should not be endorsed by SE as if they did they might have some control over it.
This is a prime example. If SE had any control over Esato, there would be no nice piccies.

@scotsboyuk, unfortunately companies don't see pre released information that way as it can affect their competitiveness when information is released earlier than they had planned and that is often part of their argument when "requesting" stuff to be removed from forums like ours

yeah... i dont understand what you mean masseur,
if they see something prereleased that they dont like, the ask us to remove it. but if its connected to their website, they can remove it themselves.
you said they couldnt, why not?
