I've seen some really good themes in the free themes section of this site. Is there any way to receive them without connecting to the internet with my phone? Also can I receive them even If i'm in england?

It doesn't matter where you are located to use the free themes. Just download them.

Yes, you are right, but I didn't recommend IrDA because I myself never succeeded in pairing two devices by using IrDA

You must have Bluetooth connector (dongle) on your PC. If you have it download theme from Esato and send it over Bluetooth from PC to your SE
